Refund and Returns Policy

When a client places an order with Lucid Gem Studio, they receive a confirmation email affirming their order. Within 24 hours, another email is typically sent, processing the purchase and indicating that the order will be shipped soon.

In the event of payment issues, such as non-completion of payment, a notification email is promptly sent to the client addressing the matter. Lucid Gem Studio stands behind its commitment to customer satisfaction. If an order doesn’t reach the client within 28 working days, they offer a 100% payment refund or reshipment of the goods. 

Additionally, if an order doesn’t arrive or is damaged during transit, the studio will either send another package or issue a full refund upon request. Should items be returned due to non-compliance with import laws or customs regulations, a 100% fee refund is guaranteed.

Lucid Gem Studio calculates partial order costs based on the goods received by the customer. From order placement to doorstep delivery, the entire process typically takes around 15 to 25 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, simply send us an email at SPARKLESJEWELLERY003@GMAIL.COM.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. If there’s no refund posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at SPARKLESJEWELLERY003@GMAIL.COM.

Shipping Returns: 

To return your product, mail it to SPARKLESJEWELLERY003@GMAIL.COM. Please note that you’re responsible for the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for expensive items, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
